Activity status on Instagram lets other users see when you are last active on Instagram apps. Luckily, there is a way to disable it if you are uncomfortable with people seeing your activity status.

Launch Instagram > Profile > Tap 3-stripe button > Settings > Privacy > Activity Status

1. Visit your profile and select the three-stripes icon to open up the hamburger menu.
2. From there, select Settings > Privacy > Activity Status.
