The app includes two pen tools: a ballpoint pen and a fountain pen. For handwritten notes, the dashed and dotted pens are inconvenient. They are, however, useful for drawing diagrams and possibly creating other things we haven’t thought of yet.
Your pens all have a good selection of fixed pen thicknesses and default colors. We’ve always liked Notability’s fixed pen thicknesses; they just work! We’d need fewer if we could change or remove the default colors.
