So technically speaking, there is a way on Instagram to restore deleted posts. All you need to do are:

  1. Go to your Instagram app. Tap your profile picture or the person icon located in the bottom right section of your account.
  2. On your profile, locate the three stripes account in the top right, then go to Settings.

  3. Select Account Recently Deleted. You can select which type of content to restore or permanently removed.

  4. Pick the content you’d like to restore and select the three dots to find the Restore or Restore to Profile button.

It’s worth repeating that if the content is older than 30 days (or one day for Stories), you won’t be able to see it.
