Via web through Google Contact

  1. Launch the browser on your laptop.
  2. Go to Google Contacts.
  3. If you haven’t logged in yet, please log in first using the same google account that you use in your Android smartphone.
  4. Now, click the 3-line button, select Merge & fix.

  5. After that, you will see the duplicate contacts of yours there.
  6. Select the contacts that you want to merge and click Merge on the top of the section or on each of the contact.

Through Contacts

  1. Launch Phone app on your Android.
  2. After that, tap the Contacts tab on the bottom of the screen.
  3. Then, tap the 3-dot button on the top-right corner of the screen.

  5. Now, tap the Merge contacts. The menu is on the first line of the list.

  7. Once you chose the contacts, the Merge button on the bottom of the screen is active. Now, tap it.
